Psychotherapy at Hampden House
Welcome to the web site of Hampden House Psychotherapy Centre.
This web site is designed to give you a brief insight into the kinds of problem we work with and the sort of help we offer. It also explains how you can make contact with us.
We provide psychotherapy and counselling to help people address areas of personal difficulty, paying special attention to matters of confidentiality, privacy and personal dignity.
All our services are provided by professionally qualified therapists, who are registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, the British Confederation of Psychotherapists, the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists or the British Psychological Society, or are accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
We provide a range of psychological therapies to individuals, couples or in groups. The therapeutic approaches offered at Hampden House include psychoanalytic psychotherapy (both individual and group), couple therapy, cognitive analytic therapy (CAT), cognitive therapy, CBT and integrative therapy.
Therapists at Hampden House offer long and short term therapies of varying intensity (i.e. weekly or more frequent sessions), as well as brief therapy that focuses on a particular problem.
Therapists are also able to offer clinical supervision to other practitioners both individually and in small groups.
