Referral procedure

You can refer yourself directly to Hampden House for therapy. Referral can also be made via a GP or Consultant: this method is essential if you are medically insured, and are making a claim on your insurance. We ask you to fill in a confidential questionnaire, which is available for download from this web site or can be sent to you in the post, and when you return it an initial assessment consultation will be arranged as soon as possible, usually within two weeks.
