About psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy

An integrative approach is holistic in nature and focuses on responding to an individual at the behavioural, cognitive, emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. Integrative psychotherapists draw on a range of theoretical constructs, strategies and techniques placing key importance on the therapeutic relationship. This approach is appropriate for a broad range of issues. Duration of therapy can be brief, medium or long term depending on individual needs.
